To register on Betkhala, you must provide accurate and truthful information. Accounts created with false or misleading details may be suspended at any time. The name, mobile number, and national ID number provided during registration must be genuine.
One Account Per Person: No individual may hold more than one account on Betkhala. If multiple accounts are found, all accounts will be terminated and any funds held may be forfeited.
You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact Betkhala's support team immediately. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for added account security.
- You must provide a valid mobile number during registration, as it is used to verify payments.
- Accounts may not be transferred or sold to another person.
- Withdrawal access may be restricted until KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is completed.
- Identity verification using a National ID or passport may be required.
Warning: Sharing your account or placing bets on someone else's behalf is a direct violation of Betkhala's rules. If such activity is detected, the account will be permanently suspended.
Before placing any bet on Betkhala, make sure you've read the rules for each market. Bets cannot be cancelled once confirmed, so please think carefully before you commit. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to every bet and are clearly displayed on each market.
Odds Changes: Betkhala offers real-time odds for both live and pre-match betting. The odds displayed at the moment a bet is confirmed are the odds that will apply. Odds may change rapidly during live betting — this is normal.
Cancelled Matches & Rescheduling: If a match is cancelled or rescheduled, all bets placed on that match will be voided and stakes returned. However, if a match is cancelled after it has already started, separate rules may apply for live bets.
- Cricket: If a match result is determined by the Duckworth-Lewis method, all bets will be settled accordingly.
- Football: Extra time and penalty shootouts are included in certain markets — see the individual market description for details.
- Separate rules apply for kabaddi and other local sports.
- Placing bets on the same match from multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
Betkhala's odds are competitive with the best in the market. We reserve the right to void any bet where unusual or fraudulent activity is detected.
Betkhala supports deposits and withdrawals via Bangladesh's most popular mobile banking services — bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All financial transactions are processed through encrypted, secure channels.
Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. Deposits are credited instantly in most cases. If yours hasn't arrived within 30 minutes, please contact our support team with your transaction reference number.
Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Betkhala commits to processing withdrawals within 15 minutes. Note that your first withdrawal may take slightly longer if KYC verification is not yet complete.
- Withdrawals will only be sent to the same account used for the original deposit.
- Daily maximum withdrawal limit: ৳1,00,000.
- Betkhala reserves the right to hold withdrawals if money laundering or fraud is suspected.

Deposits from or withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. This constitutes a violation of Betkhala's security policy.

Betkhala reserves the right to close an account without prior notice in cases of false information, multiple accounts, betting fraud, money laundering, or any violation of platform rules. Funds remaining in such accounts may be forfeited.
Members may close their account at any time. Please withdraw your balance before doing so. To close your account, send a request to our support team via email.
- Whether a closed account can be reopened depends on the reason for its closure.
- Banned members are not permitted to open a new account.

Betkhala is committed to treating all members fairly and transparently. If you have a dispute regarding a bet outcome or any account-related matter, please follow the process outlined below.
Step 1: Report the issue directly via our 24/7 live chat or email. Most issues are resolved within 24 hours.
Step Two: If your issue is not resolved via live chat, support@betkhala.wswith full details. Our specialist team will respond in writing within 48 hours.
Step 3: If the matter remains unresolved after the above two steps, it will be referred to an independent arbitration process, where both parties' positions will be considered impartially.
- Dispute filing deadline: within 30 days of the incident.
- The relevant account may be temporarily suspended while a dispute is being resolved.
- The arbitrator's decision is final and binding on both parties.
Our goal is to resolve every issue quickly and amicably. We believe that open, honest communication is the best way to settle any dispute.
Betkhala reserves the right to partially or fully update these terms and conditions at any time. Registered members will be notified via email or SMS at least 7 days before any changes take effect. In cases involving urgent legal or security matters, changes may take effect immediately.
Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you object to the new terms, you may close your account and withdraw your remaining balance.
